QUARTER-INCH PATCHWORK SEWING RULER SET – This set of Quarter Inch Patchwork Rulers is excellent for marking ¼” sewing lines on your patchwork pieces or for ¼” and ½” markings on your quilts. Use these rulers when you are making half-square triangles, hourglass, combination, flying geese, little houses, or snowball units. Also, use them for marking and checking ¼” and ½” seam allowances on your sewing projects.
TWO QUILTING RULERS – The Madam Sew exclusive design set contains two lightweight, 3mm thick acrylic rulers. One 9” ruler and one 17” ruler. The 9” ruler is small enough to carry with you in your project bag or your quilting table and mark 1”-6.5” squares on the diagonal. The 17” ruler is great for larger-sized projects for markups. Great for the same-sized squares of the same size or the famous 10” layer cake squares.
NON-SLIP COATING – Each ruler has a non-slip, synthetic coating that grips the fabric so the ruler doesn’t easily slip when marking or measuring. You can easily see the marks you make on any colour fabric. The rulers are ½” wide and have a non-obstructed view down the middle that is ¼” from each side. The edges have ¼”, ½,” and 1” measurements along each side, with the numbers going each way, so you don’t have to turn it around.
EASY TO USE – For your convenience, each ruler has a hole on one end, which allows you to hang them for storage or put a ribbon or other marker through them, so they are easy to locate in a sewing bag or box. Use a fine, sharp point marking pen or pencil for the best results.
